Setups

OPEN Setups

No Fuel Limit.

 

Weather

Qualifying & Heat Races will be 70 Degrees, 15% Humidity, 0 Wind Speed, Clear, Day Time.

LCQ & Features will be 65 Degrees, 10% Humidity, 0 Wind Speed, Partly Cloudy, Night Time.

 

Registration

Entry Fees: $5.00 Entry fee per driver, per division.

 

How to Register

Registration is completed at our website, under the Oktoberfest Tab. Simply fill out the registration for any and all divisions you will be racing in and then an admin will send you a PayPal invoice. Entry fees must be paid or you will not be allowed to race.

Registration Deadline

All registrations must be completed by October 7th 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET time.

Late registrations may be accepted by league admins, however, you will be subject to a $1.00 late fee.

 

Car Numbers

Any car number can be used. Car numbers will be used as first come, first served, in the order of registrations / paid entries.

Car numbers MUST be visible and readable!

 

Race Sessions

You will find race sessions under the tournament section of the hosted session’s area. These sessions will be password protected. League admins will email every registered driver the password for the racing event.

 

Qualifying for Race

Each driver will qualify (2 laps) and once finished will be placed in 1 of 4 heat races based on qualify time.

Heat Races

15 drivers will grid in each heat race, with the top 6 drivers advancing to the feature and the other 9 drivers advancing to the LCQ race. 

(4 heats X 6 drivers = 24 drivers advance to feature)

LCQ Races

36 drivers who did not make the feature from the heat race will race in the last chance qualifier race, with the top 6 drivers advancing to the FEATURE.

(2 LCQ X 3 drivers = 6 drivers advance to feature)

Feature Races

30 drivers will grid for the feature and have shot at becoming Oktoberfest Champion

 

Resets

ONE Fast Reset in all race sessions

 

Practice

1 practice sessions is scheduled for Oct 11th at 11:00 AM ET till 1:00 PM ET for all divisions.

1 practice sessions is scheduled for Oct 12th at 3:00 PM ET till 5:00 PM ET for all divisions.

 

Qualify

Each division has a scheduled qualify session for on Oct 11th at 1:00 PM ET till 2:00 PM ET for all divisions.

ONLY 2 Laps

 

Heat Races

Heat Races will be 25 laps each, per division.

10 Minute practice before each heat race.

Cautions enabled

Double file restarts, lapped cars at end of field

Lucky Dog enabled

If you cause a caution, you will receive EOL penalty

Live Admins

 

LCQ Races

LCQ Races will be 25 laps, per division.

10 Minute practice before each heat race.

Cautions enabled

Feature Races

The features will consist of

Limited Late Model – 150 Laps

National Late Model – 175 Laps

Super Late Model – 250 Laps

15 Minute practice before each race.

If you cause a caution, you will receive EOL penalty

Live Admins

 

Starts/Restarts

No lane choice.

Leader goes on GREEN.

 

Black Flags

We will only clear black flags if the black flag was not warranted. Live Admins will decide.

YOU will be blacked flag for speeding in pits, entering/exiting closed pits, or jumping restarts.

 

Lap Traffic

If you are lap traffic, it is important to stay high and let the leaders by. Race them clean! Otherwise you will receive a penalty.

 

Race Incidents

Live admin will review the racing incident and determine if an EOL penalty should be issued to any driver. Any drivers wrecking others intentional or abusing anyone will be disqualified and removed from sever.  

 

Purse Money

Every driver making the 30 car field in each division will get PAID!

The total purse money will depend on driver entries and sponsorship money.

 

Race chatter

Keep to min during the race and only about race related topics (wrecks, lucky dog, admin questions, owning up to wrecks etc). Do not start arguments in the middle of the race, do not cuss, do not threaten any other driver. Fun chit chat is allowed during warm up practice and after the race. During the race let race control have control of the airwaves! Drivers that fail to do this will be muted by race control for the reminder of the race server.

 

Race Procedure

When the yellow flag comes out there is to be NO racing back, the person that is spinning must lock down their cars and safely reenter the race. Slow down until the track is clear than you may catch up with the pace car. Live Admins will be in every race and will work everything out.
